CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds for early departures for any reason.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
Prior to arrival: Inside 14 days - No refunds
(If we can rent the room deposit refunded -10% withheld for Admin fees)
Outside 21 days – Deposit refunded-10% withheld for Admin fees
DEPOSITS:            
1 day – 1 day deposit
2 days - 1 day deposit
3-6 days - 1/3 deposit
7-13 days - 1/3 deposit
14 or more days - 1/3 deposit

SMOKING POLICY:
Seaside Suites is SMOKE FREE. No Smoking on exterior decks. Smoking will only be allowed outside away from the buildings.

We reserve the right to charge a fee for extra cleaning of a unit if necessary upon check-out.
